of the Light page. (In my opinion, this article should really have been
titled, "How to learn to feed consciously from another person." I've
listed it for the benefit of newly-awakening psyvamps. Note: if you
do not already need to consume other people's energy, then be
advised that (1) I've seen no evidence that psyvamps live longer than anyone
else, as the author claims, and (2) there are other ways to develop whatever
psychic powers you might have, and to improve your physical health by psychic
means.)
The remaining information on this page, below, is not vampire-focussed, but
nonetheless potentially very useful to psyvamps and other energy hungerers,
as well as anyone else who needs or wants to develop one's psychic abilities.
Note: Different meditation techniques work best for different people. For
example, many of the techniques on the sites below are far too "white-lighty"
for me. You'll need to experiment with a variety of techniques to find out
what works best for you, and perhaps invent your own variations. Also, you
need not agree with the worldviews that are presented along with the techniques
on some of these sites.
Reiki info: Reiki is a specific impersonal energy current used in
healing. Some people may also find it useful in learning to manipulate energy
in general.
